TWIOA stands for "The World Is Off Again" and was created by me and my friends on our bus in 2005. To help pass the time, we would give each day a different name. Thursday became The World Is Off Again day since our schedules were messed up on Thursdays because of the HS schedule. TWIOA started off as a newsletter and eventually evolved into this site.
TWIOA allows you to watch and upload videos, images, audio, blogs, and groups and manage it on one single account.
